Membership Criteria
Senior Executive
Leaders
- Currently hold a C-suite, SVP, or equivalent executive role
- Employed by a large, complex organization with regional or global impact
- Own significant P&L responsibility (€3M+ or comparable scope)
- Lead teams of 30+ direct reports or an entire business unit
Founders &
Entrepreneurs
- Founders or CEOs of high-growth, service-based or venture-backed businesses
- Companies generating €3M+ in annual revenue or employing 25+ full-time team members
- Minimum 5 years in operation or Series A+ stage
Independent Leaders &
Influencers
- Former executives who have held senior C-level or board positions
- Board members for public, private, or advisory boards of influence
- Recognised thought leaders with speaking, media, awards, or published work that demonstrate their impact
Experience Matters. Most of our members bring 10–15+ years of senior business or entrepreneurial leadership.
