Drawing on her background in high-pressure corporate environments and her own personal experience of perimenopause, Karen left her corporate career due to the challenges she faced during that time. She now explores the intersections of nutrition, hormones and ageing, and what it really means to live well through midlife and beyond.

Andie Cooper

Andie is a senior PR leader with deep international experience and a passion for championing women in business through strategic communications. As International PR Director at Beachhut PR, she has crafted compelling narratives for clients globally, in sectors including financial technology, Web3, medtech and venture. Her work regularly features in Tier 1 business media and influential trade publications, where she ensures her clients’ stories resonate with purpose and clarity.

Andie is passionate about using communications to elevate women, spotlighting their companies, ideas, and leadership. Andie holds a Master’s in Marketing and Digital Communications from Falmouth University and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies with Language from Trinity College Dublin.

Mary Calpin

With over two decades of experience as a broadcast journalist with RTÉ, Mary now specialises in executive communication. Having worked in a busy, noisy newsroom, she knows how to think & write clearly under pressure. She provides media training to C-Suite leaders across a range of industries with a particular expertise in the types of news stories that resonate with national and international media.

Paula Collins

Paula joined Key Capital as a Director in April 2024. Paula has over 18 years of experience in financial services, and before Key Capital, spent over nine years with Davy Private Clients. Paula has also previously worked in both the Retail and Private Banking divisions at Bank of Ireland. She has also worked in Canada in retail lending.

Paula is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA). She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from University College Dublin. Paula also holds an MSc in Strategic Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Leanne Malone

Leanne is a Qualified Financial Advisor with over 18 years of experience in wealth management, specialising in high net worth clients and their financial needs. She has a particular passion for helping women take control of their financial futures.

Leanne has been with Key Capital Private since 2014. Key Capital Private is an Irish, independently owned wealth advisory firm that provides tailored advice to individuals and families with substantial assets. Since joining the firm, Leanne was promoted to Relationship Manager in 2018 and, subsequently, to Director in 2023. She currently provides investment advice to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, including busy professionals, business owners, and family offices. Leanne focuses on safeguarding and growing her clients’ wealth through goal-based financial planning.

Before joining Key Capital, Leanne worked at AIB Bank for seven years, having entered through their graduate programme.
Leanne holds an honours BSc degree in Management & Marketing from Technological University Dublin (formerly Dublin Institute of Technology). She has also earned a Professional Diploma in SME Credit, Certificates in Credit & Lending and Responsible & Sustainable Finance from the Institute of Bankers, as well as a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from the CX Academy.

Outside of work, Leanne is a qualified yoga instructor and has recently caught the golf bug.

Jacqueline O'Donovan

Jacqueline O’Donovan OBE is a business leader and safety advocate. Over 38 years she led O’Donovan Waste, growing it into a market-leading company before its sale in January 2024. She now runs ODPR, a specialist PR and marketing agency for the construction, logistics and supply-chain sectors. A champion of road safety and sustainability, Jacqueline worked with HGV manufacturers to redesign safer lorry cabs—adding fully glazed passenger doors and lower ride heights to improve visibility—helping reduce incidents involving vulnerable road users. Under her leadership, O’Donovan Waste achieved 12 consecutive FORS Gold accreditations, the first independent firm to do so.

Her contributions have been recognised with an OBE (2023) and honours including PwC Private Businesswoman of the Year, the Freedom of the City of London and Ireland’s Presidential Distinguished Service Award. A Fellow of leading industry institutes, she continues to push for higher standards through initiatives such as the forthcoming “Change Driver Regulations for the Better” campaign.

Aurelia Deflandre

Aurelia Deflandre is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of management experience across six countries, specializing in scaling startups and fostering sustainable growth. She currently works at Google, where she supports businesses with Google Ads while also acting as the Neurodiversity Advocacy Lead for Google Ireland.

Through her coaching practice, Aurelia focuses on career and leadership development, with a particular emphasis on empowering neurodivergent professionals to navigate and excel in their careers.

Loretta Dignam

As the Founder and CEO of The Menopause Hub, Ireland’s first dedicated menopause clinic, and a global first, Loretta is passionate about smashing the taboo that surrounds menopause and empowering women to optimize their health and vitality during this life stage. Jo Fairley

Leaving school at 16 with six ‘O’ Levels, through hard work and determination Jo Fairley went on to become the UK’s youngest-ever magazine editor, setting out on her entrepreneurial journey in 1991 when she co-founded Green & Black’s Chocolate, now approaching a £100 million a year brand.

Green & Black’s was born in a recession. As a result, she is well-placed to help and inspire other companies during difficult times. The success of Green & Black’s has enabled Jo to become a serial entrepreneur, via an award-winning organic and natural food store/bakery (Judges Bakery), The Wellington Centre (a boutique nine-room wellbeing centre) – both in her home town of Hastings – and most recently The Perfume Society, which sets out to help individuals develop their sense of smell via exploration of fragrance and the scented world. Although Jo has exited this business, she remains editor of its multi-award-winning magazine, The Scented Letter.

In recognition of her work, Jo has received many awards for her own enterprise, including WorldAware Award and many Soil Association Awards (both for Green & Black’s and Judges Bakery). She has also received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Studies from Kingston University, and The Shackleton Medal for leadership and citizenship, from The Scottish Royal Geographical Society.

Gail Muller

Marianne has over 30 years’ experience as a Management Consultant, HR Executive, Business School Professor and Board Director. She holds a PHD in Leadership from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.

She currently runs Roux Consulting, a leadership and transformation consulting firm focusing on Strategy Facilitation, Senior Leader, Team and Board development and HR and Organisational Transformation.

She teaches at several business schools around the world and is an associate at the IMI and at Smurfit Business School. Áine Denn

Áine Denn is an entrepreneurial leader, mentor, and advisor with a background in corporate and technology sectors. A co-founder of Altify, a B2B SaaS business acquired by Upland Software in 2019, Áine spent 14 years helping sales teams increase revenue through best practices, methodology, and technology.

Now focused on board roles and consulting, Áine helps businesses scale operations, revenue, and customer bases. She is a credentialed coach and holds a Dip IoD, named one of Ireland’s top 30 women in tech in 2021. Sarah Murphy

Louise Hyland

Louise Hyland is a global brand and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving impactful campaigns and championing gender equity and entrepreneurship. From launching sales strategies in the hotel industry to leading EY’s global gender equity programs, her career spans local, national, and international leadership.
