It’s important that KELLA Leadership remains a trusted community for you, therefore we have a detailed non-solicitation policy.

What is a peer-to-peer group?

A peer group is a curated group of 8 to 12 people who will meet on a monthly basis. You will be grouped according to region, role and career level. The purpose of the group is to create a safe space for shared experiences, advice and encouragement. These groups are a very important part of the KELLA experience, and we highly recommend that you use this opportunity to build your network, get support and share your knowledge.

Who leads the peer-to-peer groups?

We choose amazing facilitators who have experience leading groups through important topics, ideation and problem solving. They do not have all the answers but they will ask great questions.

Do I have to join a peer group?

No, but they are where the magic happens. Nothing can beat being in a room with your peers, hashing out ideas or problems. So, while it is not compulsory, we highly recommend that you join. We ask that you commit to attending 6 meetings.

What happens if I want to change peer group?

While we strive to curate the ideal mix of people for each group, we acknowledge that needs and preferences may change over time. In such cases, drop us an email at hello@kellaleadership.com and we will chat to you to understand what needs to change to make sure your needs are met.

What is a Circle in KELLA?

Your Circle is your personal network of women on our platform, handpicked by you. These can be women you already know, women that you have met at an event or women that you would just like to connect with because you like how they are in the world! Having a Circle creates a great safe place for you to test ideas, share thoughts and make solid connections.
