Hannah has over 25 years of experience working in business at all levels in startup environments, across technology, people management and HR functions. She has led international teams to develop bespoke software. Hannah recently exited WrkWrk, a re-brand of her third start up and the multi-award winning Get The Shifts Ltd. She is currently the lead entrepreneur for the “Back for Business” and “Going for Growth” programmes. Hannah has also been a judge in the National Enterprise Awards for the last three years. Hannah is also an alumni of the prestigious EY European Award-Winning Women. She was awarded Image Digital & Technology Business Woman of the Year in 2019, and recently completed her L9 in Strategic Management, and her Dip in Corporate Governance.

Caroline is the CEO & Co-Founder of Core Optimisation, an award-winning digital performance and transformation agency. Having worked within the digital industry for twenty years, her straight-talking approach has seen the company grow to becoming a Deloitte fast 50 company in both 2022 and 2023. She also holds the role as Chairperson of Digital Business Ireland, Ireland’s dedicated eBusiness representative body. Caroline is an Alumni of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She won the Entrepreneur Award from Dublin Tech Summit, Women in Tech in 2019, and the Best Use of Digital by Network Ireland in 2018. Caroline has led and scaled the growth of the business and team over the years, becoming one of the largest and fastest growing independent digital agencies in Ireland. She has a Dip in Leadership and in Corporate Governance.

She also writes a weekly business leadership column, “The Communicator” in Ireland’s largest circulated newspaper, The Sunday Independent.
